• No hard liquor. Wine and appropriate amount of beer is allowed.
• No tolerance for illegal drugs. Proper authorities will be notified if drugs are found. Trip will be immediately ended and no refund of money.
• Proper footwear must be worn; sneakers, deck shoes or rubber soled shoes. No black soled shoes.
• All rules for species being fished will be enforced. No exceptions.
• Bring appropriate clothing for your trip. A hat, sunglasses and raingear are also suggested.
• Captain is the only one who can cancel due to weather. Any trip must be cancelled at least one week in advance or deposit will be lost.
• Any trip cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled or if no date is available refund will be made.
• Once a deposit is received for a trip, a confirmation call or letter will be sent. No trip is reserved until a deposit is received.
• A 15%-20% tip of trip price is standard for the mate on any trip. They are providing you with a service.
• Departure times will vary with species.
